Fleet Manager

Full time position available in Saskatoon, SK

 

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor, investigate, and implement cost reduction initiatives
  2. Manage purchasing controls and P&L budgets
  3. Manage business operating system rebills and inspection data input and reports
  4. Manage outgoing and incoming inspection of units and perform customer site inspections as necessary
  5. Maintain modular unit fleet and facility appearance and supplies
  6. Direct daily workflow of Drivers and Maintenance employees driving productivity
  7. Manage vendor network and vendor service efforts
  8. Ensure compliance with ModSpace policies/procedures, ModSpace safety and environmental programs and Occupational Health and Saftey regulations
  9. Maintain truck and Driver records and files in accordance with ModSpace policy and procedures and Ministry of Transportation regulations
  10. Maintain accurate floor plans and unit specifications
  11. Team with technical group to perform fleet modifications as necessary
  12. Manage inventory on daily basis to control costs and complete monthly inventory reports
  13. Manage medium size modular projects
  14. Is acting Branch Manager as necessary
  15. Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  1. Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering or has 4 years operations, construction/fleet management, or real estate experience.
  2. Is PC proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  3. Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
  4. Manage multiple tasks and high volume workload
  5. Has excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  6. Has Ministry of Transportation and  Occupational Health and Safety regulation knowledge
  7. Hold a Valid Driver’s License
  8. Occasional overnight travel (approximately 15%)


Branch Coordinator

Regina, SK

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Answer telephones, determine nature of business, direct calls, and take messages
  2. Greet customers/visitors
  3. Create branch correspondence, reports, and presentations
  4. Maintain the Accounts Receivable and Payable processes
  5. Resolve customer concerns/issues and close cases
  6. Receive requests and schedule modular unit deliveries and pick-ups
  7. Take, assign, and follow-up on customer service calls and enter CIS cases
  8. Enter data and maintain business operations system
  9. Coordinate service and warranty work
  10. Dispatch drivers, vendors, and service technicians
  11. Relay communication between branch, customers, drivers, vendors, and service technicians
  12. Maintain filing systems
  13. Sort and distribute mail
  14. Order office supplies and marketing materials
  15. Arrange meetings and conferences
  16. Handle basic upkeep of office equipment and schedule repairs
  17. Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  1. Hold a High School Diploma or GED
  2. Has excellent interpersonal, communications, and customer service skills
  3. Type 60+ words per minute
  4. Is PC proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  5. Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
  6. Manage multiple tasks and high volume workload
  7. Receive work direction from multiple people
  8. Work overtime as needed
